We purchase fresh (Halal) Australian meat – Lamb, Beef and Chicken. Our vegetables and fresh produce comes from our local Brisbane market, Rocklea. Head chef, Hardip Singh, is well respected for his experience of over 20 years in preparing some of the most delicious Indian Curries.
