After spending a couple days in the back of Mazda ute, corrugated iron welded cover provided. My swag and 200+kg Bull Mastiff; "Ghost" in name nature had other ideas. Mad owner, Bat, decided to give my heavy duty antibiotics for bronchial-pneumonia to his badly, dog -bite, chewed-up, dog; Ghost. These worked spectacularly well as dog proceeded to sleep long periods time but prior he'd do a lap around small tin tray we were stuck in, Look apologeticly, as if "where do I fit this huge ,finely,muscled body with that tall, skinny chick taking up all leg room then collapse wherever he was in the circle and thats where he stayed till food or thirst woke him. Thirst happened 3hrs out of Top Springs ,the Carbie screw broke off so petrol ran out, thus we ran out! I drank Ghosts' water while he was still out, the men fought over the hot beer.. Top Springs Pool may not have been cleaned in 5, 10 years I didn't care.. That's the best swimming pool in the territory as far as I'm concerned !! That was 1991 after the first "Stompin Ground" in Broome. Thank-you Top Springs Motel/Hotel. 5/5.
