Set towards the back of a small complex, this four bedroom, two bathroom townhouse is perfectly placed to enjoy everything Inverloch has to offer. You will walk into a light, open-plan kitchen/dining/lounge area that provides the perfect place for everyone to gather at the end of a day spent lazing on the beach. The kitchen comes with an electric oven and cooktop as well as a dishwasher, microwave and a Breville coffee machine. Next to the kitchen a dining area with seating for eight, while there is also additional seating for four at a breakfast bar. On the other side of the room, the lounge area comes with multiple couches as well as a flat screen TV, DVD player and stereo.
A further two bedrooms and bathroom can also be found on the upper floor, one with a queen and the other with a tri-bunk. Both come with built in robes and access to a balcony overlooking the courtyard.
