Kookaburra House is a great family beach house (max 8 adults only, please), that has been completely modernised by the current owner. It has a fantastic waterfront reserve location, a large rear garden and direct access via coastal tracks to beautiful Nelson Beach. It sleeps 12 and has good open plan living and deck areas - true to the photos.
Strictly no parties at this property – please. You will be evicted if this rule is broken. Max 8 adults, please.

There is currently building work taking place next door to this property. The work is carried out between Mon-Fri 7am – 6pm, but not on weekends. The project completion date is unknown to our office at this point in time but if you do have any questions please do not hesitate to ask us and we will do our best to find the information you require.
