Coastal Dreamer on Headland Drive is located in the much sought-after beachside suburb of Gerroa.

How is the property laid out?

On the lower level you will find a double garage housing a table tennis table. Bedroom 4is on this level and has an ensuite, walk in wardrobe and shower.
All other areas are upstairs, which you access directly from the front foyer. As you come up to the second level you are met with a spacious living area which flows directly to the kitchen and dining areas. Glass sliding doors lead you to a large outdoor balcony with views as far as the eye can see. Bedroom 1 comes off the living room space, has a walk in wardrobe and a large ensuite attached.
